01 / JUNIOR ACADEMY · AGES 5–17

Start at the right level.
Grow with every rally.

Good coaching develops the whole player. Small groups, planned sessions and targeted feedback build technique, tactical understanding, movement and confidence. An entry assessment helps the coach confirm a group suited to both age and skill.

01 / NEW

A confident beginning.

Discover ready position, grips, contact, simple serves and safe racquet handling. Coordination games and short rallies make the first steps achievable.

Progress means more consistent contact, better balance and the confidence to try again.

02 / JUNIOR

Connect the skills.

Build grip changes, clears, drops, lifts and net play. Add split-step timing, recovery to base and simple singles and doubles patterns.

Progress means longer rallies, reliable movement and more thoughtful shot choices.

03 / INTERMEDIATE–ADVANCED

Play with intention.

Develop advanced combinations, attacking and defensive transitions, efficient court coverage and game plans under pressure.

Coaches adapt pace and challenge within this combined category to each player’s readiness.

CARE IS PART OF COACHING

A positive place to progress.

Junior care, arrival and collection

Junior delivery includes attendance records, hydration breaks, safeguarding and supervised child handover. Parents should provide current emergency information and confirm arrival and collection arrangements with reception before the first session.

Age-appropriate conditioning

Conditioning is coached and supervised, scaled to age, maturity, ability and previous training. Younger children learn through movement and games; complexity increases gradually. It is not an unsupervised gym workout. Explore the athletic-development session.
