These pages are static: there are no accounts, no payments and no forms that send anything to us. Nothing you type on this website reaches a Golden Shuttle server.
What stays on your device
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser’s local storage as gs-consent-v2, so the banner does not ask again. On phones, the position of the homepage animation is remembered while you browse, so a reload returns you to the same place. This website sets no cookies of its own.
When you contact us
The enquiry buttons prepare a message in WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and your message then reaches us through WhatsApp, along with the profile details WhatsApp shares. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. Phone and email links open your own apps.
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, arrange sessions and keep in touch about them.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising service is connected to this website. Optional analytics stay switched off unless you choose “Accept optional” in the cookie banner, and nothing is measured before that choice. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Children and parents
Programmes for under-18s are arranged with a parent or guardian, and we ask that a parent or guardian makes the enquiry and gives the details needed for safe participation. Photographs that identify a child are used in Academy marketing only where signed parental consent is held.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email info@goldenshuttle.ae from the address or phone number you contacted us on, and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Other services this website touches
Fonts are served from this website, so no font provider sees your visit. WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze are opened only when you choose a contact or directions link, and their own policies apply from that point.

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. It stores a single preference on your device so the banner does not ask on every page.
The one thing stored
gs-consent-v2 records whether you chose “Essential only” or “Accept optional”. It stays on your device until you clear your browser data, and it is never sent anywhere.

This website describes the Academy’s programmes and facilities. It is information, not an offer or a contract.
Programmes and prices
Programme details, schedules, group structures and prices are indicative and are confirmed by reception before you commit. Where a page says something is proposed or awaiting confirmation, it is not yet agreed.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a court or a place in a programme. A session exists only once reception confirms it, including the price and any terms that apply.
Images on this website
The gold shuttlecock and racket artwork is decorative and was created for this website; it does not portray the venue. The coach photograph was supplied by the coach it shows. The logo belongs to Golden Shuttle Sports Academy. Fonts are used under their open source licences.
Links and availability
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze lead to services we do not control. We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it stands.

No payment is taken and no booking is made on this website. Reception confirms availability, the price and the terms that apply before anything is agreed.
What happens after an enquiry
Reception replies to confirm whether the court or programme place is available, what it costs and how to pay. Ask for the current approved price card and the applicable terms before you pay; no fees are added later.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Ask reception for the terms that apply to your booking before payment, including notice periods, make-up sessions in membership cycles, and how a refund is handled.
